CANCELATION/NO SHOW POLICY 

In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow and allow for optimal client access, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time an clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask all new and established clients supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process the ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or billed to you in the event the card is declined:

• Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will NOT receive a charge.
• Less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service price (deposit).
• “No show” will likewise be charged 100% of the booked service price. 
• Should you arrive more than 15 mins late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
• Cancellations are ONLY acceptable via text message 916.529.1495 or email eastsacaestheticsandwellness@gmail.com.

FINANCIAL POLICY 

As patients contemplate aesthetic treatments, they frequently need information about the financial aspects of their treatment and the various payment methods available to them. Our staff members are specially trained in the financial options available to our patients, and they are readily available to assist you with these issues in any way that you may require. Because we provide elective cosmetic procedures, the services provided at East Sacramento Aesthetics & Wellness is not covered by any medical insurance programs, and we do not participate in any such plans. Payment for all medical spa procedures is due at the time of the treatment. 

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment for treatment scheduled in advance. A $50.00 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied at checkout.

The deposit is fully refunded to the client if the appointment is canceled within the 24 hours-notice timeframe.

We provide a number of payment options which may be used individually or combined according to your desires:?

• CASH
• VENMO 
• MAJOR CREDIT CARDS: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express
• FINANCING: Our staff can assist you in obtaining a special line of credit through third parties for financing medical procedures if you wish.
  

You are 100% responsible for any and all charges pertaining to services/treatments. No exceptions. 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY 

We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed - not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.Refund Policy:At East Sacramento Aesthetics & Wellness we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. 

• Services/Treatments received will NOT be refunded. If you are experiencing a problem or concerns with a service received please contact us. We will require a return visit for visual inspection. At that time, we will discussion options that meet your satisfaction.

Return Policy: Returns for Skin Care Products will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. By signing below you are agreeing with full understanding of the Refund/Return Policy at East Sacramento Aesthetics & Wellness.
